Contributions:
Lead the development, socialization, and launch of Oracle first corporate brand mission in 40 years
Partner with SVP of Design to defined the guiding principles and tenets that drive Oracle’s design system
Led the development of Oracle’s design design and UX component system across all touchpoints: from product,
to marketing, across customer and employee experiencesBuilt, and mentor a team of 50+ creative across 3 countries to support all Oracle global marketing functions
Provide design and brand thought leadership to teams across Oracle: Java, Developer, Employer Brand, Human
Resource, Diversity & Inclusions, Recruiting, etc.Optimize internal design processes and point of contact for creative approvals for design and global marketing Procure, review, and provide guidance to external agencies partners
